Trying a Public Hotspot

I've heard from weeks ago that from now on, in every square of town/city in east java are equipped with public hotspot.
From that moment on, I can only imagine when can I try that.

Now, I'm writing from one of it.
From a corner at Grissee town square, or most of you know it as "Alun-alun Gresik".
